Prem Baniya Biography
Prem Baniya is a famous TV/Radio journalist from Nepal. He was born in Kunchowk, Sindhupalchowk, on 4 May 1981 AD. He is famous for his research-based field reporting. Currently, He is in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Bania is famous among the Nepali people for various reasons such as envisioning positive changes in the society through journalism, helping those in trouble, and coming to the reality of the events. He started the Jay Swabhiman movement from the USA.
Prem Baniya is a good writer who writes many books, songs, etc. He has interviewed almost all PMs, famous or big leaders of Nepal after 2047 BS. The interview he conducted with the former king of Nepal is very famous. He is very strong towards patriotism, self-respect, and nationalism. He is an icon of many Nepali people, who sometimes shakes the leaders and sometimes the people through television. He is known for his merits in social issues such as poverty, unemployment, corruption, inequality in healthcare, rural infrastructure shortages, gender discrimination, and illiteracy. In fact, Baniya, who became a celebrity through journalism, left Nepal and went to America in 2017 AD. Early Life & Education
Prem Baniya was born in Kunchok of Indravati Rural Municipality of Sidhupalchok District. His childhood was spent in Kunchok. Baniya's childhood education took place at Mahendra Secondary School. Later he completed his schooling at Indreshwera Secondary School. Similarly, he did his bachelor's degree in Nepali and Sociology from Tribhuvan University. After that, he did his master's degree in communication and journalism from Purvanchal University.
Career - Journalist
Baniya worked as a News Facilitator at News24 Tv, Nepal, for seven long times from 2009 till 2016. Baniya was taken on as a Senior Journalist at Avenues Tv in 2005, where worked till 2009. Earlier to that, Baniya carried out announcing as a Columnist at Nepal Samacharpatra, News of Nepal from 2001 to 2005. Baniya is additionally a motivational speaker, he talks on several platforms also he could be a chief of a few enthusiastic music recordings, brief movies, and documentaries. Baniya has been designated to the board of chiefs at Sagal Radio Administrations. Baniya was a Youth Envoy for Living Space for Humankind Worldwide, Nepal from 2011 to 2015.
Prem Baniya worked for News24 Television, Avenues TV, Nepal Samacharpatra National Daily, Jugal TV, Sindhusandesh Weekly, and Jamghat Bi-monthly.

Why Prem Baniya left NEPAL?
Why did Prem Baniya go to America? Baniya himself answered this question in a program sometime after his arrival in America. In his 16-year journalistic life, he traveled all over Nepal and directly interviewed all the prime ministers after 2047. He closely observed every activity of Nepali politics. In that program, he said that within the next 10 years, I can tell who will be the Prime Minister of Nepal, and who will reach which political position, by looking at the photos. That's why I can't waste my life for 10 years. He went to America for the purpose of his higher education, and studies, to return the loan taken from the country. He went to America not to waste his youth life for those old leaders in Nepal.
