Ghorthali is ward no. 1 of Bahrabise Municipality. This ward is formed by combining wards 1-4 of the former Ghorthali village development committee. Other remaining wards of the former have combined in Tripura Sundari.
The eastern border of Ghorthali is connected with Dolakha. And, the Western border is connected with ward no. 2, Karthali. Similarly, The northern & southern borders of Ghothali are connected with Karthali & Tripura Sundari.
