Thulo Dhading is the former VDC of Sindhupalchowk. During the state restructuring, the Thulo Dhading VDC had changed to ward no. 1 of Lisankhupakhar rural municipality.
The eastern border of Thulo Dhading is connected with the Dolakha district. And, the western border is connected with Lisankhu and Attarpur. Similarly, the northern and southern borders are connected with Attarpur village and Ramechhap district or Dolakha district.
