Hagam is ward no. 6 of Jugal Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchowk. It was the VDC with 9 wards before state restructuring. It is formed with wards 1-5 of the former VDC.
This ward lies in Representative Constituency Region No. 1 and Provincial Assembly Constituency No. 1(B) of Sindhupalchowk.
The eastern border of Hagam is connected with Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality. And, the western border is connected with Baramchi. Similarly, the northern and southern borders are connected with Pangtang and Yanglakot villages respectively.
