Jethal is the former VDC of Sindhupalchowk. These VDC were included in Lisankhupakhar during state restructuring.
The eastern border of Jethal is connected with the Dolakha district. And, the western border is connected with Petku and Thulopakahar. Similarly, the northern and southern borders are connected with Tripurasundari Rural Municipality and Attarpur village respectively.
