Mandandeupur Municipality

Mandan Deupur municipality is located in Kavrepalanchok distrcit of Bagmati province.  During the state structure after the new constitution, i.e. during the implementation of federalism, based on the information published in the gazette by the Government of Nepal on the 27th of Falgun 2073, this municipality was established by adjusting the former Baluwapati Deupur, Gairibisauni Deupur, Naya Gaun Deupur, Mahadevsthan Mandan, Chandeni Mandan, Jaisithok Mandan, & Jyamdi Manda (1-4, 6) village development committees. 

Mandan Deeupur Municipality is in just anout 55 KM distance from Capital Kathmandu. There are 12 ward offices in this Municipality. And, the total area of Mandan Deupar is 89 square kilometres. Agriculture, Trades, Animal Husbendary are the major occupation of the people in Mandan Deupur. 

The eastern  border of Mandan Deupur is connected with Bhumlu Rural Municipality. And, The western border is connected with Bhaktapur & Kathmandu. Similalry, the northern  & southern borders are connected with  Sindhupalchok and Banepa/ Panchkhal municipality.
